Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 3-10 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and its $10 on regular post and $15 on express. Free shipping is available on orders over $150
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number before contacting us.
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost packages will be investigated with the courier. Please allow time for resolution.
